Started my new job today. At a moving company a half hour from Montpelier . . .
to celebrate... I went with Blake and Mike to try out their handguns.
Blake bought a Glock today and frankly... shooting it was super fun. I shot a glass. It only took me two and a half magazines to get it! ha! I didn't think I'd like shooting a handgun. I was wrong. It's a little disconcerting to have it just chilling out, but everything is stored in various places in the apartment so I feel safe.
After the shooting spree we went to Friendly's for ice cream. Sooooo it was a pretty good day, except for the hot heat.
Oh, and Blake made awesome garlic and rosemary pork chops.
